Solo
This is the certificate I received when I flew solo for the first time in the wonderful G-BLAC which I nicknamed Mack the BLAC. He looked after me on my first solo flight, and it was absolutely thrilling! I am pictured with Mack the BLAC at Cranfield. The photograph was taken by Christian Archer, one of my long suffering instructors at Cranfield!
